Even if you go on a day when it is overcast, the ultra-violet rays from the sun still break through the clouds, and they are what burn you. In addition, stay hydrated. The sun can really zap your energy quick so you want to be drinking water often. This will prevent headaches and fatigue that can ruin a wonderful day at the beach. Stake Out Your Site
