So you want to jump higher in basketball but you don't know where to start. Well start by reading this article to get you on your way to jumping higher in no time. This made me really scared but then I remembered that even when me and my family travel, our bags even if they were missing, we always got them in a day or two. We got them back just the way we let them go, nothing would be missing.

But with him, he would never get his bags, there's always a story with his bags. He literally has a fear of this. Where do you think that's from? Because of his mentality he always expects that he will not have his bags ready for him at the airport.

It's the same thing with jumping, you need to expect that you will jump higher. You can not go into this thinking that you will not jump higher or that you will not improve in any way. If that's the case don't even start, there's no point as you will try to prove yourself wrong. So my advice is to visualize that you can really jump higher.
