In my previous article I explained to you what spandex was and why it was so commonly used in volleyball compression shorts. In this article I explore my findings regarding the differences between the fabrics and materials that Mizuno and Adidas use to produce their spandex shorts and whether or not their trademarked technologies separate them from their competition.
Volleyball Shorts Made With A Polyester/Spandex Blend
These type of shorts usually have an 88% to 12% or 90% to 10% balance of polyester to spandex combination.

The Nagaland team always bags two silver and bronze medals in the 19th National Sepak Takraw Tournament and the state expects to win gold medal in the upcoming 2010 Championship. Speaking to ANI, team's coach Homshe Khrieo said: "Many states are coming prepared well and especially it will be tough for men's team there, so according to that we have prepared well, I hope our boys and girls can do well." The team is undergoing the rigorous training to get the gold medal in the upcoming tournament. There are 24 teams in the tournament and it wont be so easy for any of the team to get gold medal. Out of these 24 teams 8 teams will be qualified for the 34th National Games and it will be organized in Jharkhand. The Nagalnd team which is to be participated in the tournament has won many such medals in the Bangkok and Malaysia.
"The Nagaland Government and Sports Department have been very supportive. Our sports department is providing all financial assistance and our State Government is giving financial assistance to the players those who participate and excel in National and International levels," Khrieo added. The women's team has been also practicing hard to get the gold medal in the Championship. "I feel very proud and we are doing very well with intensive coaching, we are preparing for the national games," Pungotolu, player Women'sSepak Takraw state team.

This bag is spacious and designed nicely (I like the compartments, and it really is amazing how much this thing fits). However, I found this bag pretty cumbersome to lug around.
