I ordererd the medium size just for toting around gym clothes, towels, and gear and it is exactly what I was looking for. Some upsides are that it's bigger and made with better material than I expected. I thought it would be one of those plastic bags that stays wrinkled and always looks like crap, but it's much better than that. great bag
